REPRESENTASI GENDER DALAM NOVEL CABAUKAN, KEMBANG JEPON, KERUDUNG MERAH KIRMIZI

This study used a qualitative approach to content analysis techniques. The approach
used is a feminist literary literature. Aim of this study to find the representation of
gender in the novel Cabaukan, Kembang Jepon, Kerudung Merah Kirmizi created by
Remy Sylado. Criteria reveal gender issues are ( 1 ) the behavior , activities , thoughts
female figures , ( 2 ) suppression experienced by female figures . The research data was
collected from three Remy Sylado’s novel, namely Cabaukan, Kembang Jepon,
Kerudung Merah Kirmizi.
The results of this study indicate gender representation differentiated between the
colonial period and the period after independence. The behavior of women is found
behavioral mimicry as an activity to equate the situation with the invaders. Activities
undertaken in the field of women are still largely domestic. Thought leaders during the
colonial women still around family life, and in the aftermath of independence has not
changed optimally. During the colonial period there is the oppression of women in the
domestic sphere, which caused the women do not have the economic power and when
in public spaces experienced more sexual repression, both of invaders and of
indigenous men. It was more due to ignorance and poverty. In the period after
independence women have been able to demonstrate the existence of self to make a
living in accordance with the skills possessed, but still there is oppression in the
domestic and public spaces.

Hubungan antara Konsepsi Penilaian dan Kecemasan Siswa Sekolah Dasar di Kelas Matematika

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara konsepsi siswa tentang penilaian dan kecemasan mereka terhadap matematika. Subjek penelitian adalah 40 siswa di salah satu sekolah dasar negeri di Bekasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan desain cross-sectional. Adapun instrumen penelitian yaitu angket konsepsi tentang penilaian dan angket kecemasan matematika. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan uji korelasi Spearman’s rho. Temuan penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa siswa yang cenderung memiliki konsepsi penilaian sebagai cara-cara yang dilakukan guru untuk memberikannya informasi terkait apa, bagaimana, mengapa tentang belajarnya berkorelasi secara signifikan terhadap penurunan kecemasan mereka terhadap matematika. Sebaliknya, siswa yang memiliki konsepsi bahwa penilaian yang dilakukan guru sebagai sebuah cara untuk membandingkan performanya dengan kriteria-kriteria eksternal, maka secara signifikan berkorelasi terhadap peningkatan kecemasan matematika. Temuan ini juga mengindikasikan perlunya mengubah paradigma teaching to the test ke arah assessment as learning untuk membentuk sebuah konsepsi yang utuh terhadap penilaian.

Assessing number sense performance of Indonesian elementary school students

The intention of the present study is to know how students’ performance on number sense based on the components of number sense and also the sub-components in it. The participants of the study are 80 six graders (12-13 year-old) from three different schools that represent the city, rural, and small town areas. The data were collected using the test. The data analysis showed that the elementary school students’ performance on number sense was still weak on the component of understanding the meaning and concept of numbers. This could be seen in 23.53% respondent. The highest average was 49.75% in understanding the meaning and effect of operation. Nevertheless, the students’ responses indicated that most of those were more dominated by the written algorithms in solving problems. This was also happened on the component of applying knowledge and number sense and operation in computational situation. The students found some difficulties in understanding the meaning and concept of numbers, especially on the domain of fraction and decimal. There were some obstacles the students had, such as misconception about the density of fraction and decimals, about the concept of the part of fraction, and some errors when doing the computation because they paid more attention to the rules and algorithms they understood.

This research aimed to quantitatively bioanalyze 6-mercaptopurine (6-MP),
6-methylmercaptopurine (6-MMP), and 6-thioguanosine-50

-monophosphate (6-TGMP) in dried
blood spots (DBS) prepared from a small volume of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) patients.
Analytes on the DBS card were extracted using 90% methanol with 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) as an internal
standard. Analytical separation was performed on a Waters Acquity® UPLC BEH AMIDA column of
1.7 μm (2.1 × 100 mm) with a mobile phase mixture of 0.2% formic acid in water and 0.1% formic acid
in acetonitrile-methanol, with gradient elution and a flow rate of 0.2 mL/min. Mass detection of 6-MP,
6-MMP, 6-TGMP, and 5-FU showed m/z values of 153.09 > 119.09, 167.17 > 126.03, 380.16 > 168.00,
and 129.09 > 42.05, respectively. This DBS method had a run time of 5 min and yielded a linear
calibration curve over a range of 25.5–1020 ng/mL for 6-MP, 6-MMP, and 6-TGMP. Analyte analysis in
22 of 24 ALL patients showed that the measured value of 6-TGMP as an active metabolite was in the
range of 29–429 pmol/8 × 108

erythrocytes. Five of 22 patients had concentrations in a therapeutic
range, which indicates that the treatment is effective, while 17 of 24 patients had concentrations below
the therapeutic range, which indicates that a treatment dose adjustment is needed. The measured
value of 6-MMP, an inactive metabolite, was in the range of 28–499 pmol/8 × 108

erythrocytes,
which includes concentrations below the hepatotoxic range. The method employed here can thus be
effectively utilized to support therapeutic drug monitoring.

Oleh karena itu, dalam sejarah pemikiran manusia pun, pemikiran mengenai jiwa sudah ada sejak lama bahkan sejak peradaban umat manusia awal dibangun. Namun bab ini tidak akan menjelaskan secara lengkap dari awal pemikiran manusia, melainkan membatasinya dengan hanya mengkaji pemikiran Yunani setelah masa Pra-Sokrates, yakni pemikiran tentang manusia dan jiwa yang diwakili oleh pemikiran Sokrates, Plato dan Aristoteles.
