For the cable carrying from the end to the control tub using the NYA cable while for grounding cable using BC cable that is connected to the ground root with a type of ground root stem which has a length of 1.5 m and a diameter of 1.5 cm. From the results of the soil resistance test, get a calculated result of 4,95 Ω, and calculated using a measuring instrument to get a result of 1.16 Ω. With the nonconventional space method in IST Akprind Yogyakarta campus building 3, the total building height up to the 27 meter final is obtained 130.4 m strike distance and 52.46 ° protection angle with a 79.45 m protection radius. One of the security solutions in doing authentication is to use a part of the human body, the face. The system can detect face objects as input images from the camera. After the object is detected, the system will do a matching face with the face image contained in the system database. This system is using the application of Computer Vision in the security system. The image will be processed using the Haar Cascade method to detect facial objects contained in the image. The Eigenface method to compare detected faces with faces in the database. Both of these methods will be processed using Raspberry Pi. Three users test the system with different conditions. For users already registered in the database, the door lock will open automatically. The open door security system will reject users that are not stored in the database and send notifications via the Telegram and Whatsapp applications. The average accuracy of face recognition ranges from 80% – 90% with the distance of the camera as far as 0.45 m in a room with good light. Therefore, in this research, the writer creates a system to assist judges in determining sanctions or fines for traffic violators, to assist the police in socializing the traffic violator, and to assist the drivers in knowing the rules, and also the traffic articles. The Forward Chaining method would be more suitable to be used for those systems because the research field uses facts to be sure. The objects of this research are car and motorcycle riders. The existence of several case examples are used by the writer that is useful to test the accuracy of the process or the results of this consultation, researchers also provide examples to the drivers, the police, and also legal experts for testing this traffic expert system. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat suatu aplikasi yang bisa dipakai memudahkan masyarakat untuk melaporkan suatu kejadian dan bisa direspon atau ditanggapi dengan cepat, efektif dan efesien oleh pihak instansi terkait. Dengan mengunakan metode pengembangan sistem Extreme Programming (XP) diharapkan aplikasi yang dibuat lebih cepat selesai dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah membuat sistem pengelolaan aplikasi pengaduan masyarakat untuk admin yang berbentuk web aplikasi untuk menampung hasil dari pengaduan dari masyarakat yang menggunakan aplikasi mobile, dengan harapan pihak kelurahan dapat mendengarkan setiap keluhan yang masuk dari masyarakat melewati aplikasi ini dan dapat direspon dengan baik dan ditindak lanjuti hasil dari pelaporan masyarakat.
